Effective February 7, 2022, the Pick-up / Drop off of your passport / documents at the courier locations & delivery service for return of your passport / documents will be changed as follows:

If your application is approved, your passport và visa will be returned either:
To the designated courier’s pick up location you previously selected at no additional charge . Please lưu ý that the courierwill hold your passport for only 10 days, after which it will be returned to lớn the Embassy or Consulate. You must collect your passport within 10 days. You can only pick up your passport at the location you selected.To your home/office address (Home Delivery Option) that you previously registered in your profile. If you selected home Delivery, the courier will collect an additional fee of VND143,000 per passport/documents on delivery (cash only).To your home/office address (Premium Delivery Option) that you previously registered in your profile. If you selected Premium Delivery, the courier will collect an additional fee on delivery (cash only).VND225,000 per passport/ document for delivery within the city where you applied (Hanoi or Ho chi Minh City)VND283,000 per passport/ document if outside the city where you applied.The delivery timeline for trang chủ Delivery và Pickup options is 2 business days in Ho bỏ ra Minh City và Hanoi, và 3-5 business days elsewhere. Collecting Your Passport/VisaTo collect your passport, you must present your original ID card or any official/government-issued card showing your photo, not a photocopy.
In case you cannot collect your passport at the registered address by yourself, your representative including your family members must present all the following documents.
