Important Notice:

Effective February 7, 2022, the Pick-up / Drop off of your passport / documents at the courier locations and delivery service for return of your passport / documents will be changed as follows:

Pick-up / Dropoff of passport / documents at Bưu cục Thanh Xuân - 1 Nguy Nhu Kon Tum (Hanoi) and Văn phòng 18A Cộng Hòa (Ho Chi Minh city) remains free of charge to applicant.Drop-off of passport / documents at any other courier location will be charged a fee of VND133,000 per passport / document at the time of drop-off;Pick-up of passport / documents at any other courier location will be charged a fee of VND143,000 per passport / document at the time of pick-up;Expedited delivery service will be charged at VND240,000 for mailing address in Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh City and VND302,000 for mailing address in other provinces per passport / document;Regular home delivery service will be charged at VND143,000 per passport / document;The fees will be collected in cash when the passport / document is delivered. Exact change required.

If your application is approved, your passport and visa will be returned either:

To the designated courier’s pick up location you previously selected at no additional charge . Please note that the courierwill hold your passport for only 10 days, after which it will be returned to the Embassy or Consulate. You must collect your passport within 10 days. Please do not come to your selectedpickup location before we inform you that your passport is ready for pickup. You can only pick up your passport at the location you selected.To your home/office address (Home Delivery Option) that you previously registered in your profile. If you selected Home Delivery, the courier will collect an additional fee of VND143,000 per passport/documents on delivery (cash only).To your home/office address (Premium Delivery Option) that you previously registered in your profile. If you selected Premium Delivery, the courier will collect an additional fee on delivery (cash only).VND225,000 per passport/ document for delivery within the city where you applied (Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City)VND283,000 per passport/ document if outside the city where you applied.

The delivery timeline for Home Delivery and Pickup options is 2 business days in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, and 3-5 business days elsewhere. The Premium Delivery timeline is 6 hours after the Consulate or Embassy hands over passports to the courier for consignments within Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and 1 business day for other locations.

Collecting Your Passport/Visa

To collect your passport, you must present your original ID card or any official/government-issued card showing your photo, not a photocopy.

In case you cannot collect your passport at the registered address by yourself, your representative including your family members must present all the following documents. Please note that you need to register your representative’s information in your profile before the representative can pick up your passport. To register your representative’s information, please log in to yourprofile, then click on “Update Profile” and enter the representative’s full name and ID number under “Mailing Address”.

The representative must present:

His/her own original ID card or any official/government-issued card with photo, andA photocopy of your ID card or any official/government-issued card showing your photo with your signature to certify true copy.

In case you do not register the representative"s information in your profile, the representative must provide the following documents:

His/her own original ID card or any official/government-issued card with photo, andA photocopy of your ID card or any official/government-issued card showing your photo with your signature to certify true copy, andAn authorization letter with both of your signature and your representative"s signature showing that he/she is authorized to collect your passport on your behalf. The letter of authorization must contain the following information:Your representative"s full name as shown on his/her ID or official/government-issued card with photo.Your full name as shown in your passport and your passport number.

If the applicant is under the age of 15, the following documents are required:

An original authorization letter signed by theapplicant"s parents.A photocopy of the ID card or government-issued photo ID of the applicant"s parents.A photocopy of the house registration booklet showing the relations of the parents and the applicant.The representative"s original ID or government-issued photo ID.

Note:In case of a group/ family, a single authorization letter together with the above required document can be presented.
