How to turn off windows laptop screen with a click using screenoff

Now, my purpose here is to save power by turning off screen in case I am not using it (or talking to someone at my desk or just thinking or eating a quick snack or various other reasons). I don"t want it to get locked every time it turns off. Especially my office laptop which wont let me use it"s fingerprint sign in and I have to key in my password Every. Single. Time.

Now, I don"t want to set "Require password on wakeup" to Never. Since, obviously, it is not a secure way.

So, my question is - Is there a no separate setting for time to "Lock" screen vs. just "Turn Off" screen.? I am not entirely sure but I believe Windows 7 did have separate settings.

P.S. - I used the settings available under Power Options where I set my screen to turn off after a while. but I didn"t find such separate settings.

Thanks,

Vaibhav
